Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): Utah

This position is part of the bank's Sales CRM Technology team, and is responsible for the administration and support of technologies within the Bank. Works closely with management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance and maintain software, hardware, and systems. Performs a variety of activities to drive functionality and efficiency. Participates in projects of significant size and organizational span. Provides expertise on technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support - Assists in the daily administration of assigned hardware, software, systems, or databases. Plans and implements administration activities, including the installation, trouble-shooting, and maintenance of technology. Investigates and resolves technical issues. May create operational documentation or assist auditing efforts to ensure service standards, software consistency, and security needs are met.
  • System Enhancement - Optimizes current or implements new technologies to create efficiencies for the Bank. Assists in the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of customer solutions for identified problems. Aids continuous improvement efforts for processes and systems.
  • Technical Expertise - Maintains a strong understanding of the Bank's current and new technology infrastructure in order to provide consultative advice. Serves as a technical interface between various technical teams and business stakeholders. Mentors team members throughout administration efforts. Acts as a technical resource to large projects.
  • Collaboration - Liaises with associates, management, vendors, and wider business units in developing and maintaining Bank technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Mainframe, Distributed Production Environment, or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Mainframe, Distributed Production Environment, or Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Release Management or DevOps Engineer experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in agile with hybrid and offshore teams
