Overview:
In this role, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Legal Department with a variety of duties involving contract preparation, contract administration, document management and project management. The Contracts Administrator will also collaborate extensively with Onix's Sales, Order Management and Finance departments.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Preparing legal documents for attorney review and use
  • Managing the workflow of all legal documents
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Communicating with and assisting Sales Teams with contract processes
  • Work with Legal Department on initiatives for Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM)
  • Monitoring deadlines for compliance, contract execution and a variety of legal projects
  • Collaborate with Order Management Department
  • Contributing to evolving department processes in a high-growth business

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administrative, data entry and/or related work experience required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with internal teams and proactively manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Google Suite is preferred
  • Previous CRM experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of docketing systems is beneficial

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Paralegal Certificate a major plus
