In this key leadership role, you will oversee a talented People Operations team and drive strategic HR initiatives that have a lasting impact on the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across the entire employee lifecycle, optimizing HR technology systems, and shaping processes that elevate both employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented People Operations team, ensuring the flawless execution of promotions, transfers, terminations, and other employee lifecycle events. Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • HR Technology & Data Management: Oversee the strategic use and optimization of Workday, managing employee data and lifecycle transactions. Collaborate with Engineering to develop tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
  • Compliance & Post-Employment Processes: Ensure full compliance with post-employment terms and deferred compensation agreements, staying on top of regulatory changes to ensure industry-leading standards.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on how to leverage HR technology and data to drive operational efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and technology.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
