This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.

Summary

As our team continues to grow, we re excited to add a Senior Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space, particularly in Policy Administration Systems (PAS). In this pivotal role, you ll play a key part in shaping the future of customer success at BriteCore, helping customers reach their business goals through our innovative technology and services. As a trusted advisor, you ll build strong executive relationships, craft tailored success plans, and take decisive action to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Collaborating with teams across BriteCore, you ll deliver results that matter for both our customers and the company. Your expertise in technology configurations will be key in providing strategic guidance within a cloud environment, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. What you ll do

  • Build executive relationships and drive actions through influential points of contact with the customer
  • Focus on growth and retention of our customers by defining and implementing customer-specific initiatives to increase direct written premiums and optimize combined ratios and other customer KPI s
  • Track implementation and customer objectives through Customer Success Planning (CSP) and periodic Executive Business Reviews (EBR s)
  • Proactively engage with customers by organizing and providing key resources for training, reports, analytics, health checks, line configuration, and other consulting deliverables such as feature enhancement specifications
  • Enable customers to gain actionable insights into their operations via dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data to drive their business decisions
  • Develop a deep knowledge base in the P&C space and BriteCore use, configuration, best practices and processes across disciplines of strategy, planning and operations
  • Lead health checks that review customer configuration and use of the solution to ensure that best practices are in place and that they are optimally utilizing relevant functionality and integrations
  • Up to 30% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

What you ll bring

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working in a client facing role within the SaaS space
  • 4+ years of experience managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space
  • 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup
  • Track record of career advancement
  • Proven experience of managing customer relationships, setting expectations, and persuading customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points

  • 2+ years of experience working at a company that sells a core software platform
  • Experience coding in Python
  • Hands on experience with MySQL
