  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Piper Companies is seeking an analytical and strategic Remote Support Software Architect with a focus on Longview software products and experience in consolidation, planning, and tax provisioning. The Remote Support Software Architect will provide expert-level support, develop and implement solutions, and ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.

Responsibilities for the Remote Support Software Architect include:
  • Provide guidance and technical solutions throughout the support cycle for internal and external teams and customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical-related issues
  • Provide customers with Longview knowledge as needed
  • Analyze data and process flow within CPM and Tax Provision software.
  • Provide information to customers regarding product operation, maintenance, and repair by answering questions and requests

Qualifications for the Remote Support Software Architect include:
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • 3+ years' experience in corporate accounting or tax-related areas
  • Expert knowledge of Longview software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread and edit documents.

Compensation of the Remote Support Software Architect include:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
  • Full comprehensive benefits package
