  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Piper Companies is looking for a Support Software Architect that can work remotely for a company located in Raleigh, NC. The Support Software Architect is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries and determining the appropriate action to resolve each issue. The Support Software Architect will be providing assistance to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities for the Support Software Architect:
  • Provide technical solutions and guidance through the support cycle for both the external and internal teams and customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and basic technical related issues
  • Provide information to customers regarding product operation, maintenance and repair
  • Structure and log information from troubleshooting to engineering teams
  • Devise temporary solutions or client workarounds as necessary

Requirements for the Support Software Architect:
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Expert knowledge in Longview Software Product
  • 3+ Years working in corporate accounting or tax related fields
  • 2+ years in a software support role, customer facing
  • Strong problem analysis, problem solving and decision making ability under pressure

Compensation for the Support Software Architect:
  • $100,000
  • Full comprehensive benefits
