  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Overview: Our client is a real estate investment company. The Company focuses on real estate operations, asset management, construction, buying and selling properties, and brokerage services. Our client serves multifamily and commercial investors. Since their inception in 2012, our client has acquired over $7 billion in multifamily communities.

Title: Data Scientist

Location: On Site - Dallas Metro - 5X per week in office

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annual base salary + 5% annual bonus

Requirements/Responsibilities
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, Actuarial, Data Science, or comparable quantitative disciplines
  • 5+ years in predictive modeling, large data analysis and computer science (with responsibility for developing advanced quantitative, analytical, statistical solutions)
  • Acquiring data from disparate data sources using API's, SQL, and NoSQL. Transformation of data using SQL, NoSQL, and Python
  • Experience in stochastic modeling, machine learning, and other advanced mathematical techniques (e.g., neural nets, simulation, graph analysis).
  • Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and seeking challenges
  • A strong track record of communicating results, insights, and technical solutions to Senior Executive Management (or equivalent).
  • Background in data mining and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge and application of Data Science principals and experience with data science methodologies.
  • Experience using tools such as Python, R, or equivalent for statistical modeling of large data sets
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Sagemaker, Snowpark or relevant data science tools
  • Prior exposure to Real Estate or Property Management industry may be helpful but is not a prerequisite
