THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
  • Manage logistics, including venue selection and vendor coordination
  • Support the marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels
  • Prepare event materials such as programs, signage, and welcome packs
  • Maintain and organize event budgets and financial records
  • Communicate with attendees to confirm details and provide information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
