About The Role

This temporary Document Procurement Specialist role supports the marketing team with document production. They are expected to positively contribute to the office environment by proactively communicating and effectively collaborating with team members

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, creates, and edits company documents
  • Reviews documentation and ensures compliance to company standards
  • Proofreads records or forms. Converts documents to electronic format
  • Establishes, maintains, and updates files, records, and other documents
  • Sorts and files records
  • Processing of specifications, reports and other non-drawing related documentation such as Master Proposals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 Years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field preferred
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard officeequipment.

Estimated compensation range: $28-30 hourly
