  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a highly experience and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our team. As the CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's information technology and digital strategy, as well as driving innovation and leading our IT team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Experience or focused education on Business Administration is also
    desirable.
  • Ten or more years of proven experience as a senior level IT manager, preferably as a CIO or director of IT.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Experience in financial institution a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and directs the IT strategic technology plans, architecture, standards, policies and procedures based on the needs of the organization.
  • Identify emerging information technologies.
  • Lead and implement successful strategic initiatives.
  • Develop technology plan, perform research, evaluate and maintain budget.
  • Develop IT policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain the Bank's Information Technology Enterprise Security Disaster Recovery Program, SOX Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Incident and Crises Management; investigates and provides resolutions.
  • Responsible for planning the IT Operating Budget, IT Capital Budget and expenditures for IT.
  • Coach new and existing leaders to encourage engagement and focusing on employee development.
