Job Title: Business Program Manager, Vendor & Procurement

We are looking for a Business Program Manager with Procurement and Vendor Management experience who wants to use their skills to help shape the sourcing strategy. You will collaborate with multiple partners, business team members, and key stakeholders like Operations and Corporate Procurement to help our organization manage the sourcing process for external staffing and learning solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work with program leads to understand their sourcing needs.
- Find or suggest a supplier that meets Partners’ goals.
- Negotiate business and legal terms following Microsoft policies and standards.
- Create or renew Statement of Works (SOWs) using Microsoft approved forms.
- Maintain good relationships with both suppliers and program owners.
- Be a Trusted Advisor for program owners on contracted processes and procedures.
- Track RFI/RFP (Requests for Information/Proposals)
- Provide weekly status reports on volume, processing timeframes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Document and improve end to end processes.
- Assist in resolving procurement and operational issues.
- Prepare for key supplier performance reviews, and meetings.
- Manage the tools and processes needed to support the program.
- Partner with Procurement to enhance sourcing insight and program management.
- Support other LOC business and operation management team members as needed.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years’ work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Procurement or Vendor Management.
