  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking Android Frameworks Engineers in San Diego! We're looking for candidates who are passionate about software development and the Android Platform, with solid experience in the Framework layer of the Android Operating System (not just application layer).
  • A successful candidate in this role is self-driven, creative and doesn't mind delving into different areas of the stack.
  • This person will take initiative and should be willing to execute consistently in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • In this role you will explore, develop, and deliver new cutting-edge technologies that serve as the foundation of current and future products.
  • You will work closely with product management, application software engineers and partners to understand requirements, specify interfaces for new software frameworks, and enhance existing frameworks.
  • You will set technical improvements to build on AOSP and work with Application and Platform teams to debug functional, performance and stability issues across the stack.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ experience with Android development
  • Experience with Android frameworks or internal services
  • Experience with AOSP (Android Open-Source Project)
  • Experience developing and shipping consumer products
  • Experience in C/C++ and Java
  • Android applications experience a plus
  • Experience with hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
  • Understanding of operating system fundamentals
