Oracle Fusion cloud Financials Administrator for a Contract-to-hire role.</><>3 Month Contract-to-hire</><>Remote</><>Financial Systems Support Specialist to support Oracle Cloud Fusion applications including GL, AP, FA, PO, and Project Costing., user provisioning and provide system audit evidence. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly motivated team and be a part of a large system transformation program. </><>As the Financial Systems Support Specialist for the enterprise financials team, you will be the first line of support for our financial systems, Service Now, Service Requests and Incident processing. You will manage first level tickets and assign and monitor the tickets being assigned to 2nd level support team members. </><>This position is 100% remote, requiring travel up to 5% based on project deliverables. </><>Qualifications:</>

• <>2+ years of experience with database management and customer service/support.</>
• <>Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business experience desired. </>
• <>Experience with Oracle financial modules (GL, FA, PO, AP, iExpense and Project Costing) is a plus</>
• <>Experience with Oracle administration is required</>
• <>A proven ability to work independently and manage their time effectively in a remote work setting</>
• <>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow as an IT service management platform, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management is required.</>
• <>Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions within both Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow environments.</>
• <>Oracle EPM experience is a plus.</>
• <>ITaccess controls experience is a plus</>
• <>Strong teamwork and facilitation skills to communicate and collaborate with other Company departments to plan and execute enhancements and upgrades for ongoing projects</>
• <>Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high-quality results</>
• <>Experience with process documentation, quality control, and workflow management and design preferred</>
• <>Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively under pressure</>
• <>Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal departments, field teams, and external vendors</>
• <>Proactive with diligent follow through. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Proven experience in supporting and administering Oracle Fusion applications, with knowledge of modules such as Financials.</>

<>Responsibilities:</><>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications including modules such as Oracle Fusion Financials GL, FA, AP, PO, iExpense and Project Costing and EPM applications including FCCS and Planning. • <>Troubleshoot and identify root cause of recurring issues and provide improvements and permanent solutions.</>
• <>Provide user provisioning for all financial systems, ensuring access requests are approved and reviewed periodically and onboarding policies are adhered to. </>
• <>Train users on process and best practices.</>
• <>Support system integration rejections and errors.</>
• <>Ability to update training materials and standard operating procedures as they relate to financial systems support processes.</>
• <>Provide periodic user access reviews and create evidence to support audit activities related to ITcontrols.</>
• <>Support user inquiries regarding GL, AP, FA, PO, iExpense and Project Costing applications.</>
• <>Perform analysis and trends on issues and suggestion of long-term solutions.</>
• <>Updating and maintaining Knowledge Base Articles.</>
• <>Support Project work via application support on site acquisitions, implementation of new systems and system enhancements.</>
• <>Assist with installation of system add-ins required to access financial system applications.</>
• <>Utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing system to receive, prioritize, and resolve support tickets/incidents related to Oracle Fusion and EPM applications as well as other applications including Vetcove, Costar, Blackline and various other systems. </>
• <>Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize business impact and meet service level agreements (SLAs).</>
• <>Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements and user needs.</>
• <>Manage system configurations, including user setups, roles, security profiles, and workflows within Oracle Fusion.</>
• <>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Oracle Fusion applications and ServiceNow.</>
• <>Implement and maintain application security measures, including access controls and data protection</>
