Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the roadmap for our customer back-end systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for our customer back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and effective product development.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Measure and track product performance metrics to assess success and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on technical products.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps for complex back-end systems.
• Strong understanding of order management systems and POS systems, with experience using Manhattan or Blue Martini a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development methodologies.
