RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a React Developer in Minneapolis, MN.
Daily Tasks/Responsibilities:
* React Developer will design and implement a highly dynamic front-end system where the display, behavior, layout, and interactivity of UI components are driven by extensive database configurations
* Develop and maintain complex React components, utilizing advanced techniques to ensure high responsiveness and efficiency
* Push the boundaries of web development by creating intuitive and forward-thinking solutions, making extensive use of database-driven logic to dictate every aspect of the user interface
* Collaborate with team members to continuously innovate and enhance the functionality and user experience of our systems
* As a React Developer, you will work together to work through designs, solve problems, and coordinate efforts across the system is paramount; Actively engaged throughout the day
* May be asked to extend a component or build a completely new one; Map/flow out a new concept, design or extend a system framework
* Guide/Mentor others on best practices and technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs
* Minimum 5 years of experience with React, with strong skills in dynamic state management using TanStack Queries, and an extremely strong focus on fully understanding the latest React features/functionalities
* Thorough understanding of JSON and data structures
* Need to really understand React, especially more new age React and all the functionality that comes with it and be able to (quickly) come up with proof-of-concept examples and explanations of why we should use the newly suggested approach
* Feel comfortable speaking up on calls to give their opinion and not be afraid to play devil's advocate and offer different solutions when we are collaborating designs
* Extremely flexible and be able to change direction at a moment's notice
Skills/Tech Preferred:
* Experience with C# .NET and enterprise-level application development is a plus
* Familiarity with user interface design tools like Figma to optimize user interactions
* Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance (but isn't reliant upon it!)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
