  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in financial leadership from public companies within the high-tech, telecommunications, technology, or hardware sectors. This role demands deep expertise in strategic financial management, operational oversight, and close collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and SEC reporting.
  • Lead financial strategy, focusing on profitability and growth, while driving operational efficiency and COGS improvements.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, working directly with the Board, Audit Committee, and external stakeholders to ensure the company’s financial stability and success.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with roles such as CFO, SVP, or divisional financial executive.
  • Expertise in public company financial management, metrics-driven leadership, and strategic planning across large, dispersed organizations.
  • At least two years of investor relations experience, particularly working with Wall Street analysts and portfolio managers.
  • A background in manufacturing, hardware, or software is highly desirable, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
  • International experience, is a plus due to the company’s global presence.

Compensation:

Total compensation for this role is targeted at $1.4M, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
