POSITION: Director of Marketing

LOCATION: Houston, TX (fully in-office Mon-Fri)

REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Partners is seeking a Director of Marketing for our corporate office in Houston who will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This role supports the EVP of Marketing and will focus primarily on strategic internal marketing and communications; partnering with our service lines and professionals to help grow our businesses and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines while augmenting our brand presence across our geographical locations. The Director of Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal marketing performance. The ideal candidate is a critical and strategic detail-oriented thinker with advanced problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop and implement both internal and external marketing strategies tailored to meet the company’s business objectives.
  • Create marketing plans for new and existing products or services, including setting KPIs, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders for approvals, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills when encountering obstacles and ensure projects are completed expediently and satisfactorily.

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Manage the company’s online presence, including drafting and publishing social media and website content.
  • Detail-oriented review of internal and external content for messaging and accuracy.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Business Line Liaison & Collaboration

  • Serve as Corporate Marketing liaison between marketing and our services and investments business lines.
  • Work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts across departments.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders have tools/templates/resources they need to successfully fulfill their obligations.

Marketing Collateral, Brand Management & Geographic Brand Focus

  • Oversee the creation and development of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Draft and administer corporate brand guidelines policy to ensure the Partners brand is adhered to across all external and internal mediums and platforms.
  • Develop a regional marketing plan to enhance Partners’ brand recognition across its geographies.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events, etc.) from concept to launch.
  • Monitor marketing programs and evaluate their performance based on established metrics, fine-tuning campaigns for continuous improvement.

Additional Duties

  • Additional duties identified by EVP of Marketing. May include internal event coordination, among other responsibilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, B2B marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing internal and external strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial real estate marketing.
  • Strong network and relationships with marketing professionals, agencies, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
