Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead their Perks & Loyalty programs and who will deliver high-value loyalty initiatives that enhance subscriber engagement and retention. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of loyalty projects, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and the successful execution of key initiatives by developing detailed project plans (outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets), while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a global loyalty program strategy to enhance subscriber engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with product marketing, development, legal, partnerships, design, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives.
  • Utilize research and analytics to inform offer strategies and partnership roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are data-driven and customer-focused.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables; adapting strategies to meet the needs of diverse global markets while maintaining overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new loyalty offerings, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to drive ongoing program enhancements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably with supporting and scaling global loyalty programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira)
  • Excellent communication/collaboration and stakeholder management skills
