Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support various digital marketing efforts aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to digital platforms, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling visual and written content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (internship or prior role) in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and principles.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
