Maple Leaf Pet Corner is looking for an Office Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.

The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.

Responsibilities:

Reception duties - scheduling staff - overseeing client records and ensuring patients and client needs are being met

Office organization and delegating roles - keeping front area clean

Book keeping - working together and keeping owner appraised -

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred
  • Entry Level Computer experience needed to operate the practice
  • Superb communication skills
