NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to analyze, design, and maintain comprehensive system requirements and specifications for healthcare data pipelines.

Job Specifics:

  • Write efficient SQL queries to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Collaborate with product management and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure system integrity.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot healthcare data systems for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through comprehensive system analysis and validation processes.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with data loading, verifying, and troubleshooting various healthcare file formats.
  • Skilled knowledge in SQL with SQL Server.
  • Experience with various EDI transactions (835, 837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997).
  • Basic data manipulation/creation skills.
  • Technical documentation experience.
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Basic Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Systems, Business, or Quality Assurance Analyst positions.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of/exposure to Healthcare EDI transactions.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell).
  • Exposure to SDLC activities.

Qualifications:
  • Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view old problems with a fresh perspective.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Specific vision abilities, including close vision, operate computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $54.58 to $68.00 W2. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
