We at Coforge are hiring Senior Contact Center Engineer with the following skillset:

  • We need strong person who have worked in Contact Center space (and not in enterprise telephony) and with GOOD experience in NICE InContact.
  • Worked with business
  • Worked in configuring/changing/building IVR Flows
  • Worked in some self-service enablement for IVR Flows
  • Worked in full function understanding and building Skill base routing
  • Worked on building reports / changing reports
  • Experience on non-voice channel will be great advantage
  • Experience on WFM products, Quality Management solutions, Sentiment analysis etc would be great advantage
  • Experience with API integration to downstream system would be great experience
