  • Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of various facilities, including service centers, offices, data centers, and more.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, including architects, engineers, and general contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and review project documentation, including project plans, bid packages, contracts, and engineering work requests.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and contractor resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to corporate design standards for all projects.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management, addressing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct facility assessments and contribute to future project planning using corporate facility databases.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensure project closeouts and lessons-learned reviews are completed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and support a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in project management, construction, or project controls, ideally with a background in engineering or finance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar, with expertise in scheduling and resource planning.
  • Experience in the design and construction of commercial or industrial facilities, including the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project); AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to various sites as needed and work outside regular business hours when required.
