Job Title: AEM Architect
Duration: 1 Year Contract

Job Summary:
  • The AEM Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring scalable and high-performing digital platforms. This role requires deep technical knowledge of AEM and associated Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies, along with experience in software development, systems integration, and project leadership. The AEM Architect collaborates with clients, developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional digital experiences that align with business goals and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and project objectives.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM architectures that integrate with existing systems.
  • Development and Customization:
  • Collaborate with development teams to build and customize AEM components, templates, and services.
  • Develop workflows, content fragments, and other AEM modules as needed.
  • Optimize AEM sites for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Technical Leadership and Guidance:
  • Serve as a technical leader, guiding the development team on best practices, code standards, and design principles.
  • Mentor junior team members, conducting code reviews and providing technical oversight.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Integration and Deployment:
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of AEM solutions.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, with a strong focus on AEM architecture and development.
  • Deep understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows, along with hands-on experience in AEM 6.x and above.
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR (Java Content Repository), and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and integration with other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP-based web services, along with experience in API integration.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe AEM certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites).
  • Experience with other content management systems (CMS) and digital experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Additional Information:
  • Ability to travel, if needed, for client engagements.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and how they influence AEM and digital experience architecture.
