Job Title: QA Analyst (W2)
Location: Remote Bismarck, ND

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive testing, including functional, integration, acceptance, and regression tests.
* Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, and scripts in line with QA standards.
* Collaborate in product design reviews and provide feedback on functional requirements.
* Identify, document, and resolve software defects.
* Evaluate QA tools and methodologies to meet project needs.
* Ensure compliance with QA testing guidelines and contribute to testing plans.
* Manage QA artifacts and execute test scripts for data migration.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in QA for data migration projects.
* Experience in QA processes for unemployment insurance systems.
* Managed QA for projects with budgets of $3M $10M.
* Strong understanding of Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
* Extensive experience with the QA lifecycle and quality management processes.
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
* Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
