Role: Quality Process Manager

Location: Topeka, Kansas

Duration: Long-term

Must have Weever, PowerBI EXPERIENCE.

Onsite 4-5 days a week in Topeka, Kansas

Education/Requirements

• S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors.
• 5+ years professional experience working in business operations.

Required Experience:

• Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Experience within supply programs /supply chain
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation/merge into supply programs.
• Strong facilitation and critical thinking skills as demonstrated by a history of facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems.
• Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to initiate and nurture change.
