- S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors.
- 5+ years professional experience working in business operations.
Required Experience:
- Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.
- Experience within supply programs /supply chain
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation/merge into supply programs.
- Strong facilitation and critical thinking skills as demonstrated by a history of facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems.
- Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to initiate and nurture change.
