RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager I.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Partner Resource Center platform, ensuring partners have easy access to marketing tools, resources, and templates
* Assist in updating and maintaining marketing content, including email templates, social media posts, and campaign collateral
* Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
* Provide ongoing support and training for channel partners on how to use the Partner Resource Center to engage partners, recruit to increase PRC log-in's, and run their marketing campaigns effectively
* Troubleshoot platform-related issues and ensure timely responses to partner inquiries
* Conduct webinars and create how-to marketing guides to help partners navigate the platform and utilize available resources
* Help partners set up and execute marketing campaigns through the platform, including email marketing, social media, and content syndication
* Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
* Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure partners have the most up-to-date assets and messaging
* Assist in collecting and analyzing platform usage data, providing regular reports on partner engagement and campaign effectiveness
* Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI for partner-led campaigns
* Work closely with the channel marketing and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall partner strategies
* Communicate partner feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve platform functionality and user experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 2-3+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the Technology companies
* Proficient with marketing platform and content management tools (experience with ZiftONE or similar platforms is a plus)
* Expert marketing writing skills; Experience working with brand voice is a plus
* Proactively takes ownership of projects with little direction, leveraging experience and resourcefulness to develop work
* Ability to be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their work
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Self-starter with a demonstrated track record and efficiently managed multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
