Job Description: As a Community Manager, you will be the bridge between our game and its players. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and positive community presence across various platforms, hosting engaging video content, and directly communicating with players to ensure a fun and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and sustain an active player community.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between players and the game team, gathering feedback and providing insights to improve the player experience.
  • Host video content in English, such as live streams, developer Q&A sessions, and community updates.
  • Manage social media platforms and community channels, including forums, Discord, and Reddit, to foster positive interactions and a supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create engaging campaigns that resonate with Western audiences.
  • Monitor and report on community sentiment, trends, and key performance metrics to guide community strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gaming community management, preferably with live service titles.
  • Understanding of North America and EU mobile game markets and trends, with a track record of successful community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to host and present on video.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to handle player inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally and empathetically.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hosting community events or live streaming.
  • Experience with content creation and editing for social media and community videos.
  • Background in player support or customer service in a gaming environment.
  • Multilingual skills(English, Mandarin) are a plus but not required.
  • Passionate gamer, especially RPG and survival titles.
