  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team members, creating opportunities for growth and ensuring their success aligns with broader organizational objectives.
  • Establishing training and development plans in collaboration with other leaders.
To be successful as our Manager of Research and Development, you should have:
  • A proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve complex goals.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience in managing employee performance and coaching team members for success.
  • Experience leading teams in an applied research setting, with some technical capabilities in areas such as electricity market design, market clearing engines and pricing, power systems analysis and operation, optimization or machine learning method development or application.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
