  • Conduct workshops to understand user requirements, deliver the documentation as part of discover and design phase
  • Review and design Varicent system architecture
  • Design Varicent database to build commission system
  • Design system integration architecture
  • Build/test/deploy Varicent components including reports and integrations

Job summary :

  • We are seeking a dedicated Corp Comm Team Member with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Varicent Development and CARE Architect, and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift.
  • This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our corporate communication strategies and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and values.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of Varicent Development tools to enhance communication processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in CARE Architect to support and improve communication workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

  • Conduct training sessions for team members on the use of Varicent Development and CARE Architect tools.
  • Support the development of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
  • Assist in crisis communication planning and execution to protect the company's reputation.
  • Foster a culture of open and transparent communication within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in corporate communication and recommend best practices.
  • Provide feedback and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
