Hi,

Hope you are doing well !!

I have an urgent position. Kindly go through the Job description and let me know if this would be of interest to you.

Job Title: SAP MDM/MDG Expert (100% Remote)

Location: San Francisco locals preferred it is 100% remote so they can be anywhere in PST

Duration: 3 Months Contract (with extensions)

****While sharing resume mention consultant location and visa status***

Job Description:

Must have LinkedIn profiles WITH picture client is declining any and all who do not have this (LI must at least match CV)

Update 3 just received: We'd need someone who can come in with a tool-agnostic view for this phase of the project. Having the SAP MDG experience is a big plus but they would need to put any preference aside and create a set of robust functional and technical requirements that are independent of any tool. They would also need to be able to help in the creation of a go forward reference architecture that is also tool-agnostic and spans across many source systems, SAP included but not SAP-centric.

Update 2: This role is for a principal MDM SME. I keep getting MDG studs. It's SAP MDM with some MDG, not the other way around.

This phase is working with the various business and IT teams to deep dive their use of master data and come up with a full requirements matrix for a tool selection to be done in the next phase.

Very heavy on interviews/requirements gathering but from a deep MDM perspective. We'd also be supporting the client lead with crafting a go-forward MDM architecture.

The client is already considering SAP MDG as part of a separate SAP upgrade program but isn't sold on it being the right "single" solution so it's possible it's SAP MDG and something else or something else entirely. However, someone with SAP MDG experience would be a required to help address the pros/cons directly.

The client has already said they're looking for us to bring someone with several MDM implementations under their belt to reference for this.

We have a fast moving opportunity with one of our utilities clients for a strong Master Data Management lead for the next phase of a project we recently completed.

I've put details below but happy to answer any other questions.

We'd need to do at least one internal screen and at least one client screen.

The work has not been "won" yet and is hinging on bringing a strong technical MDM lead alongside out current team.

1. Role/Job Title: Master Data Management Lead
2. Requirements/skills:

o Must have:

Multiple Master Data Management (MDM) tool implementations

Strong Executive presence/good communication skills

Experience leading/running client requirement gathering interviews

Able to lead/work with a mixed team of Unify/client

Willing to share POVs/experience with client

o Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with the SAP MDG tool

Experience in the utilities industry

Experience leading/running an MDM tool assessment/selection process

3. Location of role Local or national? Ideally in the Bay Area but would need to support PST if remote
4. Timeline for hire: TBD - speaking more with the client but sense is within the next 2-weeks to start

5. Project timeline - TBD, at least through the end of the year, possibly through January for this phase with other phases to follow.

6. What is the business driver for engaging our consultants? Existing relationship, we completed Phase 1 of this work already

If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.

Thanks & Regards,

Abhishek Yadav
