Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a CISO - Sales Director. The Director will be responsible for sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.

They must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and deliver compelling sales presentations. This individual should be a proactive self-starter with a strong goal-oriented mindset, capable of effectively prospecting, developing leads, and closing deals. Their ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, coupled with strong networking skills, is crucial.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in industries such as finance, healthcare, insurance, legal and retail. They should also be adept at collaborating with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to achieve common business goals. Analytical skills are essential, as the candidate must be able to identify client challenges and develop appropriate solutions. Based in the U.S. and authorized to work, this team player should thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining motivation and productivity independently.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll spearhead lead generation and prospecting, identifying new business relationships aligned with EthicalHat's growth objectives. Engaging with clients to understand their IT and cyber security needs, you’ll articulate our solution, presenting tailored proposals and delivering compelling presentations. You’ll represent EthicalHat at nationwide events, developing sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams, and managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. Your responsibilities also include establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, staying informed on industry trends, and working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes to management will ensure transparency and goal alignment.
