  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, well-prioritized, and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define functional and non-functional requirements related to product features.
  • Drive the product vision and ensure that features are delivered on time and as expected.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Remove blockers for the team and ensure smooth, consistent progress throughout each sprint.
  • Foster a collaborative, self-managing development environment where team members can thrive.
  • Work closely with the development team to maintain a sustainable pace of delivery, ensuring focus on both speed and quality.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in Agile teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to manage stakeholders and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git for managing product backlogs and facilitating Scrum processes.
