Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Java Full Stack Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our team, working from the JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) office in Plano, TX in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned architect with hands-on experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture, providing leadership and technical expertise in complex enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack Java applications, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive innovation in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in full stack development, emerging technologies, and security best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Solid experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proven track record with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in financial services or working at a large enterprise is a plus.
