Business / QA Analyst (Hybrid/NJ)

Business / QA Analyst:

• Apply expertise to support the production environment and assist the team to build additional features and integrations as part of the multi-year roadmap

• Support development team in organizing and structuring their work and sprints

• Work with existing designs or a design team to wireframe features and enhancements

• Participate in UI/UX interviews with end users and business stakeholders to finalize enhancements or new features

• Scope out or understand business requirements of new features and work with the development team to ensure all requirements are gathered before development work begins

• Evaluate data required for features and review API documentation to ensure the data is understood and accurate for application features.

• Handle incoming support requests and work with the team to assign tickets

• Work with team to organize development sprints and releases

• Work with the team to prune backlog of tickets and prioritize fixes and feature work

• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with existing or new team members and vendors

• Participate in development team planning, status, and retrospective meetings

• Create and maintain documentation

• Participate in QA and testing phases

• Update status and report progress to SOA

• Track and report the work of the development team to estimate when existing and future work may be completed

Assumptions:

• SOA points of contact will remain engaged and responsive for Contractor to successfully deliver services. At the time of this writing, it is anticipated that participants will include:

• SOA IT: Architecture, Analysis/Design/Config, Integration & Development on applications and existing systems side

• SOA Subject Matter Experts: Status Updates, Reviews, Ongoing Program Participation

• Contractor will be provided access to existing systems and documentation, as necessary to fulfill services. Documentation may include but is not limited to existing training material, functional, process, technical architecture, and design documentation.

Must have Strong Agile/Scrum experience. Scrum Master experience a plus..
