  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Client is looking for a Certified ServiceNow Admin with relevant experience in Platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical Support. Must be Certified.

Skills and Experience__

  • Must have over 5 - 7+ years in development experience specific to implementation of the CSM - OM module in ServiceNow, with at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 6 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) is required
  • 4 years of experience with ServiceNow platform is required.
  • 2 year of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Recent experience in senior development lead role.
  • Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.

Responsibilities__

  • Implementation of the CSM - OM module in ServiceNow
  • Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
  • ServiceNow Platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support
  • Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
  • Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
