Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect to lead a critical transformation project migrating a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing complex migrations, deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, and a thorough understanding of legacy systems. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and scalable migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture design and implementation of the migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Assess and analyze legacy system components to identify migration challenges, data integrity concerns, and technical limitations.

Develop a comprehensive migration strategy, including data mapping, system integration, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Oversee the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Dynamics CRM.

Ensure that Dynamics CRM is configured and customized to meet specific business needs.

Work with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into Dynamics CRM functional designs.

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance within Dynamics CRM.

Collaborate with development, testing, and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Support user training and post-migration support to ensure a smooth transition and system adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365) development and architecture.

Proven experience in leading migration projects from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.

Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, including modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.

Experience with data migration tools such as Scribe, SSIS, or custom ETL tools.

Strong understanding of legacy systems (e.g., on-premise CRM systems, homegrown solutions) and how they can be mapped to Dynamics CRM.

Expertise in Dynamics CRM configuration, customizations, workflows, plug-ins, and integrations.
