UI Developer

Odyssey is working with a national airline to find an experienced UI Developer. This is a long-term contract role and will be remote, but requires travel to Dallas, TX, a few times a year.

Required Skills:

• Focus on React
• Ability to mentor developers on front end technology
• Someone who can build an application independently/stood up applications on their own
• Capability to cross-train other engineers
• Pagination experience
• JavaScript es6
• React 18 or most current
• Gulp 3.9.0
• Node 6.3.1
• Unit test experience a must preferred React
• SQL (Oracle preferred) for Database
• Git for Version Control of the code
• RESTful API
• Build Tooling- Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years development
• Experience in React JS required
• Design and develop applications based on the objectives and business requirements in the project.
• Develop technical designs for application development by interacting with Product Owners and Architects of the systems in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of front-end development including HTML, CSS, etc.
