job summary:

End-user support


? ITIL knowledge to facilitate understanding and differentiation in terms of registration,attention, and compliance with SLAs, among others.


? Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.


? Its scope of action should be considered:


? IT Account management (add, move & change)


? Entry and maintenance of equipment and users in the inventory management system


? Installation/Update of software, operating systems, applications, and/or security patches.


? Hardware installation/update in workstations managed by IT (Minor Maintenance).


? Support requests processing with the delivery groups associated with the systems and applications defined in the CMPC Application catalog.


? Support for local troubleshooting of issues with Legacy applications or corporate systems.


? Generation and maintenance of technical documents necessary for the operation of both networking and data systems.


? Attention to cybersecurity requirements (computer reviews, alerts, antivirus, etc.).


? License management: this includes proper registration, updating, and configuration of these.


? Support for network and connectivity issues.


? Support for telephone systems. (fixed and mobile)


? Spares management.


? Support in the management of Root Cause Analysis, when necessary


? Ticket management through the Help Desk Service according to user demand or IT management (Considers after-hours work)


? All interactions must have a record in the ITSM SW in use.



Network Support


? Keep network diagram up to date


? Knowledge of Wi-Fi and wired networks (ideally if you have completed a Cisco CCNA course)


? Manage internet link providers:


? Escalate incidents with providers.


? Perform performance tests on them.


? Manage tickets to suppliers



? Manage the provider of communications equipment (Switches and Access Points)


? Escalate incidents with providers.


? Perform wired and wireless connectivity tests


? Manage tickets to suppliers for registrations, cancellations, and modifications


? Manage the public telephone provider. - Registrations, cancellations, modifications.


? Being a resolution agent in the Service Desk platform


? Be involved in IT machinery production


? Be partner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality while providing transparency to the business organization


SAP (Is a plus)


? Basic knowledge of working/implementation of SAP
