Senior Analyst - Systems Engineering

Our client is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Infrastructure Operations team. responsibilities:

• Lead medium-to-high complexity projects related to environment management, OS/server upgrades, application configurations, and network communications.
• Administer third-party systems to ensure compliance with security policies, including user management and documentation.
• Manage internal and external integrations (APIs, SSO) and ensure performance meets SLAs.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.
• Build effective relationships across IT and business functions and mentor peers on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure and operations roles, with a focus on systems and cloud operations.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies, SDLC, network security concepts, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
