Oracle Application Senior Developer (Oracle HCM Modules)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Senior Developer to provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM modules including HRMS, Payroll, Time and Labor, Advanced Benefits, Employee & Manager Self Service, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and iRecruitment using Oracle Release 12.2.9 E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be adept at data analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and integration, and will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and Functional Support: Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM modules, including HRMS, Payroll, Time and Labor, Advanced Benefits, and Self-Service applications.
  • Custom Development: Develop and manage custom programs, automate interfaces, and manage workflows for Oracle applications.
  • Oracle R12 Expertise: Leverage strong technical skills in Oracle Applications R12.2, with an in-depth knowledge of schema structures for Oracle R12.2.9 E-Business Suite modules, including GL, HR, Payroll, OTL, and OAB.
  • Data Analysis and Development: Perform data analysis, develop and test custom solutions, and document processes. Implemented Class and Compensation modules for public safety employees, including Grade step progression.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with business users and team members for successful end-to-end implementations.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Assist, coach, and mentor team members on design and implementation challenges. Provide leadership in solution delivery.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure adherence to team project standards for development tools, platforms, and methodologies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.9, particularly with HCM, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle schema structures, with technical expertise in GL, HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB.
  • Proficient in custom program development, interface automation, and workflow management.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including data analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and assisting junior team members in project design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Class and Compensation modules implementation.
  • Experience in a multi-module Oracle EBS environment.
  • Oracle certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
