Must Haves:

• 5+ years overall Workday experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center

o Workday Prism Analytics Strong understanding for data transformation, reporting, and analytics, including working with multiple data sources.

o Proficiency with Workday reporting tools (composite and matrix reports) and data integration techniques.

Familiarity with general ledger, financial reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.

Demonstrated ability to configure and optimize Workday s Accounting Center for improved reporting and financial operations.

Soft Skills: Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with finance and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certs: Workday certifications in Financial Management, Accounting Center, and/or Prism Analytics
• Experience in short-term, project-based consulting roles, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Workday solutions in a large-scale environment.
