Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring that operational goals align with our strategic objectives. You will lead a team, foster collaboration, and implement best practices to drive performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive results.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring that operations remain within financial constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to support cross-functional initiatives and enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical work environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in operations management or a related role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Inventory Mgt, Excel expert level, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
