The Director of Marketing (Brand) will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to elevate Rhodes brand visibility, drive consumer awareness, and support measurable business growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role oversees brand initiatives across retail, experiential activations, and creative project management, ensuring campaigns align with Rhodes business objectives. Leveraging consumer insights, the Director will design integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and continuously optimize efforts to meet growth targets.

This leadership position requires close collaboration across departments, including sales, e-commerce, creative, and merchandising, to align marketing strategies with sales priorities and ensure seamless execution. The Director will also serve as the primary contact for retail partners, building strong relationships and coordinating the delivery of marketing assets for in-store and online promotions. Managing a high-performing team, the Director will foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within retail and beauty sectors, and possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Startup experience is a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of juggling multiple projects, leading cross-functional efforts, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
