Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, working with multiple teams simultaneously, ideally across geographically distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices.
• Demonstrated experience guiding teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile processes to deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration between Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
• Proven ability to support team accountability, clarity, and performance through proactive coaching and leadership.
• Ability to tailor coaching methods based on team dynamics without relying on a rigid playbook, ensuring alignment with team and organizational needs.
