  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  3. On the Content tab, click the Enable JavaScript check box.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience testing both hardware and software, ensuring that systems are functioning properly.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience utilizing Jira (or similar service platform) to manage and respond to support tickets from users.

  • Support of UX/user research software and/or tools (Axure, XD, Sketch, Figma, Medallia, Tobii)
  • Support and troubleshooting of mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Understanding of 508 and accessibility compliance
  • Previous work experience in federal government
  • Understanding of agile framework and full life-cycle software development methodologies
  • Other Certifications (optional, but preferred): CompTIA, Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 Years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree and 1 Years of relevant work experience as an IT Project Analyst or a minimum of 7 years related experience in lieu of a degree.
