Job Summary

Join Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as an HR Specialist for a 6-month contract. As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will excel in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and partners while implementing innovative talent attraction strategies to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to implement talent acquisition strategies and provide guidance on selection processes.
  • Conduct 'Recruiting Strategy Discussion' meetings to establish clear deliverables and expectations.
  • Proactively create a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and People Business Partners regarding the progress of open searches.
  • Utilize aggressive recruitment techniques to deliver a pool of exceptional candidates efficiently.
  • Advise clients on recruitment processes including utilizing the Workday Applicant Tracking System and candidate assessment.
  • Employ effective sourcing strategies to build a network of high-quality candidates for current and future roles.
  • Provide recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and market trends awareness.


Must Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment experience
  • Fluency in English and French
  • End-to-end recruitment process proficiency
  • Full cycle sourcing experience
