DevOPS Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, AWS, Helm, and Jira to streamline our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Kubernetes and Helm: Utilize Helm to manage Kubernetes applications, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling of services.
• Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deployments and resolve any issues that arise.
• Jira Automation: Implement automation within Jira to streamline workflows, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues in production environments.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, architecture, and configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Jira and experience in automating workflows.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
