  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are a consumer electronics company with a family of four different smart home brands. We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our dynamic team of creative minds who can shape and enhance the user experience of our websites and app! In this role, you will create visually engaging, innovative, and functional ideas, layouts, and graphics. This person would be involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives through our online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for web including, but not limited to, email newsletters and website banners
  • Translate campaign requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Develop prototypes to integrate branding and various products to online platforms, including websites and the app
  • Translate user research findings into design decisions; compile user research into presentation decks
  • Contribute to brainstorming and the development of concepts by presenting clear ideas and designs of creative assets
  • Work with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience
  • Creating and presenting concepts for new products and campaigns (mood boards, sketches, mockups)
  • Collaborate with Design Supervisor and Art Directors, as well as Brand Marketing, to execute and implement new ideas for product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Achieve high-quality design that accurately reflects our brand, audience, market and culture with a quick turnaround

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
  • 1–3 years of experience working on website and/or app UI
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of relevant creative projects (Must include web and/or app-related projects such as UI/UX flow, research, style guides, etc.)
  • Required intermediate knowledge using Figma; skillful experience creating a UI
  • Preferred basic experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D design programs
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Experience and proficiency in understanding of building responsive website designs
  • Required knowledge of user experience flows for interactive compositions
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and working on live websites
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
  • Understanding to create balanced composition of typography, illustration, and photography
