  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Bell 412 Maintenance Instructor/SME

Location : Ilopango Air Base, El Salvador

Responsibilities

  • Provide, Conduct, and Manage Training and Training Assistance to meet the 1st Air Brigade of El Salvador s Maintainer and Maintenance Instructor training program requirements.
  • Provide Bell 412 Maintainer and Maintenance Instructor courses.
    • Bell 412 Systems Maintenance Training (Mechanical)
    • Bell 412 Electrical/AFCS/Avionics
    • Bell 412 Engine maintenance training
    • Advanced Maintenance Instructor Training similar to the OEM (Bell) training academy
  • Develop and Provide Training for up to 24 personnel Utilizing an Array of Formats, Medium and Methodologies
  • Provide Training and Instruction, Encompassing a Variety of Complex Military and Civilian-Related Subjects, in Both Classroom and Field Environments
  • Evaluate and Report the Results of Training and Instruction
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement, and possible corrective actions in relation to instructor performance.
  • Distribute course completion survey to each student for each course. Collect surveys and analyze results to improve instructor performance and course content.
  • Provide Existing, Modified and/or Contractor-Developed Training Tutorials, Courseware Curricula and Programs of Instruction (POI) for Military and Civilian-Related Subjects
  • Ensure courseware is accurate, current, and consistent with doctrine and standards.
  • Ensure appropriate instruction content, medium and methodology for training environment, class demographics and size.
  • Completion and submission of After-Action Reports including trends that have been identified, areas for improvement, and corrective action plans deployed resulting in demonstrated increased individual and/or collective training outcomes.
  • Distribute, collect, and analyze course completion surveys for each course.
  • Correct and document misstatements or errors impacting safety, mission objectives, regulatory compliance, or any legal or military guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Instructor qualification and Bell 412 certification
  • Experience with Bell 412 Systems Maintenance Training (Mechanical), Bell 412 Electrical/AFCS/Avionics, Bell 412 Engine maintenance training, and Advanced Maintenance Instructor Training similar to the OEM (Bell) training academy
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal management and customer management.
  • Ability to plan and manage schedules.
